As part of our commitment to our customers’ needs and requirements, we offer an Interior Design service, that is tailored to each individual client.
We like to begin with a relaxed and informal consultation at our showroom, where we will have an initial conversation about the details of the project and our unique Interior Design Process.
We then like to make an appointment to see the client at their home, to give us a better understanding of any design preferences and aspirations, so that we can capture the true essence of a client’s personality within their environment.
It is at this stage that we can take any measurements needed and gage the extent of any work required.
Using the information ascertained from our consultation, we will email over our initial ideas, images and recommendations regarding furnishing, colours, fabrics, lighting, etc. and await the customer’s feedback and input.
Where a client needs something more individual, we can provide a bespoke service. Our handcrafted furniture is made following the client’s requirements of design, layout and dimensions.
We ensure that materials and details are designed together with our clients so that we can meet their precise requirements, whilst excellent production and project management, ensures a smooth process from design to installation.
We like to introduce accessories at the final phase of the design process; after everything else is in place we will bring along a selection of lamps, cushions etc, to get a true indication of how these will work in situ.
The project will naturally evolve, until the client is truly and completely happy that we have achieved an environment that not only looks good, but feels totally right.
